Sweetwater Housing Authority was established in 1952. We are the managing agent for Sweetwater Housing Management Corporation. Sweetwater Housing Management Corp. has 157 Multifamily units located within four apartment complexes, with three being in Sweetwater and one in Tellico Plains. We have one, two, three and four bedroom apartments.
MISSION STATEMENT:
The mission of Sweetwater Housing Authority and Sweetwater Housing Management Corporation is to promote adequate and affordable housing, economic opportunity and a suitable living enviroment free from discrimination.
Our goal is to provide drug-free, decent, safe and sanitary housing for eligible families and to provide opportunities and promote self-sufficiency and economic independence for residents.
Alll Sweetwater Housing Authority apartments are smoke free.
